Spanning over 18 months from raw earthworks to final commissioning, this landmark Vaucluse residence stands as a true testament to precision, perseverance, and vision. Perched on the cliffs and spanning seven levels descending the mountain, the project demanded significant excavation through solid rock to bring its architectural form to life.

Every element of electrical infrastructure was meticulously designed and executed — from foundational planning to the final touchpoints. Over 20 kilometers of Control4-compatible home automation cabling was installed to deliver complete control over lighting, blinds, climate, floor heating, audio, and more. Extreme test planning protocols were followed throughout, ensuring system reliability and performance across all stages of the build.

The home features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private home cinema, wine cellar, and an infinity-edge pool — each integrated seamlessly into the automation backbone.

This project demanded not just technical excellence, but consistency, focus, a great attitude, and unwavering commitment. It was more than just a build — it was a journey. One that pushed boundaries and highlighted the importance of teamwork, trust, and craftsmanship.
